Dr. Bell earned his medical degree at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, Missouri, then completed an internship in general surgery at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia, and residency training in orthopedic surgery at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, Missouri. He then went on to complete fellowship specialty training in hand and upper extremity surgery.
